We wanted to let you know that beginning November 1st, we pulling the Helium 10 Mobile App from the Apple App Store.
Effective immediately, we will not be doing any future development on the app or fixing any bugs. We highly recommend removing any mentions or training covering the mobile app from your videos, blogs, guides, or classes.
About 6 months ago, we were flagged for offering a subscription-based service, and Apple has flagged us for not offering the ability for in-app purchases. So for us to be compliant, they are requiring us to add in-app purchases, however, at this time, we will not be using resources to add in-app purchases.
So what does this mean if a user has already downloaded the mobile app? If they choose to delete it (iPhone, iPad users), they will no longer be able to find it in the Apple/iTunes app store to re-download it. So we recommend keeping it installed if they like using the Mobile App. The mobile app will still be available for Andriod users, but the app will no longer be updated or supported.
We will be refocusing our time and resources on improving the core browser experience and enhancing other Helium 10 tools. Our users will be able to access the following tools from your mobile browser:

A qualifying conversion is any conversion, new or upgraded, using the 20% coupon or below. This means we will also be counting any conversions that use the 10% off annual plans as well as conversions that use no coupon as qualified conversions. To track these conversions and see where you are ranking, our team has set up a leaderboard that will automatically track the qualifying conversions you receive over November and subtract them from your October conversions and then display what tier you are currently ranked at. All you have to do to track this leaderboard is talk to your affiliate manager who will provide you with your codename for the contest. This leaderboard will be updated daily so every day you can visit the contest homepage and see where you are currently ranking.

On the third Thursday of every month, Helium 10 hosts a webinar called Bigger Better Launch. During these virtual events, our team of experts reveals new features, functions, strategies, and tools. Internally, Helium 10 team members refer to this event as BBL.
So why should you tune in? First and foremost, as the leader in the eCom tool space, Helium 10 moves fast to release new tools and expand the features of our existing tool suite. Keeping up with those changes can be challenging. Attending this monthly event gives you a snapshot of the changes taking place and allows you to sit back, watch, listen, and get caught up quickly. Undoubtedly, with every BBL you tune in for, you’ll come away with at least three content ideas.
You’re also welcome to invite your audience to monthly BBLs. Not only is it valuable, free content, but it is yet another opportunity to cookie potential subscribers, upgrade existing subs and provide timely information on new Amazon and Walmart strategies without creating the content yourself.
